Shipping Policy

At SavvyQQ, we work to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Time

Most orders are delivered within 12–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If the tracking page does not show an immediate update, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan the package.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains several products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple packages.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

SavvyQQ is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first. You may also contact our customer-support team with your order number so we can help investigate the shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, ask household members, and contact the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include your order number along with clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
